Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Enjoy free delivery on orders above AED 350. A delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 350.

We ship throughout the UAE; delivery time differs depending on the city.

Same-Day Delivery is available on all orders placed online by 6pm (UAE Time), for shipments only within Dubai.

Other Emirates:

Orders placed from other Emirates will be delivered between 1-3 days from the date order was submitted.

Orders placed after the cut-off time (6PM) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.

You can contact our call centre on 800 PBME (800 7263) to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and the original payment mode.
